These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coslo mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Coslo is a mobile application that lets you:

• Add subtitles to videos using AI transcription
• Create and edit subtitles manually
• Translate subtitles into multiple languages
• Customize subtitle styles
• Export videos with burned-in subtitles

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Tier

The App offers limited free functionality including manual subtitle creation. Automatic transcription and other premium features require a paid subscription.

3.2 Premium Subscription

• Available as weekly, 3-month, and yearly plans.
• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

3.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for Premium. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged automatically. Trial eligibility is limited to one per device.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests must go through Apple's support in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the videos and subtitles you create. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you process. Do not use the App for content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal or harmful material
• Violates applicable laws

4.3 Processing

When using transcription or translation, your audio and text are temporarily sent to third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Circumvent subscription requirements or usage limits
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Interfere with the App's services or servers
• Share subscription access with others
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and branding are our property and protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.2 Accuracy

AI transcription and translation are automated and may not be perfectly accurate. Always review output before publishing.

7.3 No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when the "Last updated" date is revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
